RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At OhBudget, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMEFRAME

We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

CONDITION OF ITEM

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. If we receive an item that does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale items
Accessories, including jewelry, hats, and belts
Custom or personalized items


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us at ohbudget@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REIMBURSEMENT

Store credit will be given. We do not provide cash refunds for return orders or delivery fee. Store credits are to be used within 3 months.
